This is great to keep in mind, and help you keep going.

Day 22 of the 30 day challenge.

I have a block today. I am convinced I have run out of things to say today, that’s got to be impossible for me I am sure 😉 I could write about so many different topics there is no way that I do not have anything to say and impossible I could have run out of ideas. I keep thinking of excuses of just not doing this today, but I am not going to stop now.

We can actually convince ourselves of things by thinking them over and over and believing what we are thinking. So the more I think I can’t do it today as I have nothing to say, the more I am not getting anywhere…. This  triggers my thoughts to lead me on to say that Henry Ford said

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t- you’re right!”
