Tired, But need to get your work done!

 

Here are some tips and twists to get you moving:

Sitting at a desk or the table….tap your toes and stretch your arms.

Stand up and touch your toes and reach for the sky.

Take a twenty minute walk to refresh your brain.

Eat something with high protein.

Clear everything off your desk or counter so you do not look at it.

Concentrate on one thing at a time.

Move to a different part of the office or your house.

If you can, go to a coffee shop or the library.

OR

Just sit down and write your blog, post it, market it and go take a nap.
