Have you ever asked yourself what kind of person are you trying to reach?

What is the purpose of your message?

Are you building a team to have a relationship with or are you just collecting names to have someone to send things to?

What is your purpose?

Building relationships

Depending on what you are selling or sharing, that can answer a lot of those types of questions, but I am here to tell you, if you want returning customers and loyal friends you need to build relationships and partners.

“People that pay for things never complain. It’s the guy you give something to that you can’t please.”

Will Rogers

When someone is used to always getting things, they get that in their head and never seem to be satisfied. They want it to work and think that if it doesn’t then you need to give more until it does. These people are lazy and it hard to get them to work.

On the other hand, if set out value with a price, people have to invest their time and effort because the paid money for it. You get better quality and more of an outcome. Thus, hard-working people.

“A business that makes nothing but money is a poor business”

Henry Ford

If you wanted to start a business of your own and your main purpose is just to get money, then you are already failing. To make money online takes people and a lot of people, not money. You will succeed far more than others if you have a good following and a lot of partners.

“To us, family means putting your arms around each other and being there”

Barbara Bush

Families don’t just live in one household. They can be in work places, a good neighborhood, a church and online. Building a good relationship with your team and your friends, online and off can be a great support tool for you to grow in many ways.

Knowing how to build a group of partners to make up your team should be your ultimate goal when you have a business. Any business can succeed and grow to their greatest potential if they build a great group and team around them.
