The winning team

When you hear that, what do you think?

Have you ever been on a team that was winning and you seem to be going to the top. Your energy is sparked and you think you can accomplish anything, right? You are happy and willing to stand up straight and proud.

You are accomplishing more than anyone else and getting the trophies. All of you are feeling good and want to help as much as you can to keep up the winning. You pass around that energy and you give out the good vibes.

 Winning team

You will find that people who have a happy energy will tend to be on the winning team. When you are winning this feeling will flow out of you. It can be contagious and others will want it too.   There is a draw for others who want to collect and it can be easily absorbed.

But, when you are struggling and gripping, others tend to shy away or else run the other direction. They do not want to be included. We are all looking for things that are better than what we have. Break free from this burden and spend quality time with the ones who inspire and motivate.

Having a winning team around you to keep you focused and motivated; helps you when you are down and out to remember what mindset you need to stay focused and on track. Look at the big corporations, they are having staff meeting and corporate treats just to keep up the moral around the office. A happy team will help you sell.

When you find a group of people that have the same goals in mind and want the same outcome, they tend to stick together. Learning and passing information that they have found along the way. It’s not always the information, yet it’s the way it is presented and heard from someone you know that is winning.

“Winning is not a sometime thing, it’s an all the time thing.

You don’t win once in a while and you don’t do things right once in a while, it’s a choice to DO them right all of the time.

Winning is a habit, you have to play with your heart….every ounce of fiber in your body.

Have you ever known a man who has worked so hard that deep down he didn’t appreciate the grind and the discipline and to WIN and to WIN and to WIN?

There is no room for second place, there is only one place and that is FIRST!

If you have ever worked really hard and come in second? How does that make you feel? Does it make you want to work harder than before, and have the will to never be second again?

When you have given it your all and lay exhausted on the field of battle, that is when you have become VICTORIOUS!”

I have found that kind of winning group. We meet every Monday night and other times during the week, to spread the inspiration of others. The winning moments of others and to motivate the ones that need it more. We have quarterly conferences to lift up and motivate and get you back on track.

    1. Carol, I have found myself and my enthusiasm within Empower Network. I always feel uplifted and have a light heart when I am blogging. The Monday night calls are wonderful to help you remember you are not alone. Its amazing what little things you can pick up from others.

  1. It makes all the difference in your success when you surround yourself with people who are winning! The energy is contagious, the confidence begins to explode and you feel completely supported and encouraged. It’s the only way to be – be a part of a team that is winning for sure!

    1. Trisha, you are exactly right. I remember the last conference in Vegas. We were running from early morning till midnight for three days in a row. But I was not tired and the energy flow from that event stayed with me for days after.
