Have you ever started something just to fail?
You really want it and it needs to happen, but you just don’t know how to get it.
.

You try again “Because you were fed up, you need something”

“Fed up with what?” I ask?

“Just fed up. Fed up with never having enough money for things I want for my family. Fed up with a boss that doesn’t appreciate what I do. Fed up with always working and never having any time for myself or my kids. Just fed up. And I wanted to do something about it.”

WOW. How powerful is that?! I’m sure you can relate, right?

But, when it fails again, what do you do?
What is the first thing you do?

try and try and try Blame the system, say well that one didn’t work!  So you are off to the next one
You are bound and determined to get it to work.   You see others doing it and it looks simple enough. So again and again.Try, and Try, and Try

You just know that if you try it, it will work.  Wrong again. Try another and another.

Hold on……stop!
Most things do work,  yes I am not just saying that!   it just depends on how it was used.  Did you put the effort into it, and did you give it the time that was needed to let it work.

It doesn’t matter if you are losing weight, trying a new recipe, finishing a project, or starting a new business.   They all work if there are certain things done in the right order, or at the right time.

If it didn’t work the first time then what needs to be changed or adjusted?

 Success

Where do you go to find that switch?

If it didn’t work the first time then what needs to be changed or adjusted? Here is a great article that helps others retake and relearn:

Allowing learners to retake assessments and quizzes helps them learn better. By retaking a test, they get an opportunity to review and  improve upon their mistakes.

It also helps them to retain information for longer periods of time and motivates them to strive harder to get better results.

The importance of repetition until automatically cannot be overstated. Repetition is the key to learning. – John Wooden

Realizing the importance of repetition in learning new concepts, we have recently introduced a Try Again feature, which allows students to retake quizzes if they are not satisfied with their performance or if they fail to acquire the passing marks.

Let’s look at this a little closer!  When you are trying to lose weight, can you really keep eating the way you are now?  Probably not!  You have to change the way you are eating and exercising to get your body to help you.   IE:  a Life style change!

We can use this kind of scenario on trying finishing a project and even on fixing your income with a home business.  Do you think it will work if you do what you do now?IE:  Life style change!

Try and TryBut, remember it’s a life style change!   Not everyone is willing to do it, or know how to really do it.   You need help and a training.  A little guidance and support.

That is exactly where I was, just going from idea to idea to idea.   Then I started to see things in a different light.   It must have been a speaker on the stage or another book or audio that I was listening to that flipped the switch.

I started thinking and looking at things differently.  Yes they were the same things I was looking at before, but now I knew what to do.

Where do you go to find that switch?

Then again, it’s not for everyone.  There are some that just cannot discipline themselves enough.  But if you are willing to change and put in the effort than by all means you are going to succeed where ever you are going.
