How to delegate and then again what to delegate.
We don’t always have to be a leader to be in control. What I learned from delegating.

Learning the art of delegation …. can be natural talent or a learned one out of desperation.

Are you a manager?

Are you a parent?

Are you a Spouse?

Are you a Sibling?

I am the kind that likes to get things done,  I am organized and like my piles,  but even then I can get overwhelmed and just want to scream.  Do you know what I mean?

There comes a time when you have to admit you can’t  do it all.  I feel like downing!

You need help before you go nuts or miss something.   It’s time to delegate and take action.

Delegation  is so much more than just giving tasks to others.  It is a network, a support system,a friendship, and a helping hand.

But how do you do that when you are a one man show.?  It’s your business and you are the boss, employee and pawn.  It’s all on you to get it done.

How far do you want to grow?

How much do you want to make?

There is a solution to this  problem!

Delegate! !!!!!!

To who you say?

If you work out of your home  it’s easy.  You make a chart of the things that are not business  oriented and let your family know that they can help with those.    This will give you more time to work on the things you need to.

Social media shares or likes. This is one of the most time consuming points to all online businesses.

Again. Delegate. Your family know what you like and how you think.  Don’t you want to include them in your business anyway?

Now you have the time to write your blog.  What, don’t have a blog?  (get one here)  My solution to that are templates,   key points that need to be included,  fill in pdfs, and Excell sheets.  These are great time savers, you just need to find the content.

Delegating for the little things that can be time consuming and  take you away from the meat of the core is a must.

Now to your business.

Support systems to get you out of a bind.  Or to help you fix a problem.  Where do you go and how do you get that if you are the one man show!

P.S.  My support system can help even you when you join and get connected.

I love my blogging business.  I can do what I want, when I want and make what I want, but I am not alone.  There is a network of others behind me and with me and all around who are there for me.

Now if you think that is fun and just what you need, then why are you not doing it too?

Haven’t found it yet or think that you don’t need it.   Remember when I said delegate?   There is only so much you can do as a one man show.

This is your time to shine and learn things that you want to learn and always keep growing.
