Why you need a personal trainer!
Does your work environment give you time to go to the gym whenever you want?
When one of your eight core commitments is to exercise, that is one place I like to go regularly. Oh, you don’t know what I am talking about? (Ask me in the comments)
Back to the Gym, How do you know what is right for you?
Have you ever gone to a gym lately?
Since I started my exercise routine, I have come to realize that going to a gym has many many benefits. So much more than just getting up out of bed and doing those sit-ups or stretching and finding your toes.
It can be a place that you can focus and really get a good workout for your muscles and your heart. But, there can be trouble in that too. If you do it wrong or as my daughter says cheat! Then no matter how much you do, you will not see the results that you are looking for.
I know this from experience.
Do you know how many settings there are on one machine. Between the resistance, the elevation, the length of time and the heart rate. Or What machine does what and which one is right for you?

That is a lot like starting a business.
Think about it. Have you ever started a business on your own? Even one from home needs a nudge now and then.
I love having a business that I can do at home, at the Gym, at the local coffee shop or the park.
But I also need that someone who I can get the training from, the lessons, the little nudge that is needed to really succeed and have the success I am looking for.
Think of it as a personal trainer for Business!
I have invested in myself in so many ways that I have grown from the inside out and not only become stronger, yet more in control of who I am and where I am going.
This training is available to anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort, just like at the gym, to learn how to grow and prosper.
The challenge is set, and time for you to shine.
