Starting your Day off right! Setting your Affirmations in order to always know where you are going and how you will tackle your goals.


People always ask me how I can keep a smile on my face and how I can keep my chin up when life hits me hard.  I will tell you it is my affirmations that I see in the morning and then again at night.   Do you have yours down?


Start with this and then see where you get:

When I breathe, I inhale confidence and exhale timidity.

I live in the present and am confident of the future.

I love change and easily adjust.

I am a problem solver

I focus on Solutions.

I always see only the good in others and myself.

People are attracted to me and want to hear what I have to say.

I am worthy

I work harder on myself than my business.

I have the intention

I LOVE to share my life and business vision of living a simple life and knowing who they really are. 

I Believe in myself and do not care what others think and my effort is worth it.

I can do anything I put my mind to and believe I can do it.

I believe in others


Know where you are going.  Make your plan. Set your goals.


Goals and directions are so important in any business or life planning.  You need to know where you want to be and what you want to get.


I had a mentor tell me once that your goals need to be written out so well that a 6-year-old can understand what it is you are work towards.


Setting your Affirmations.



Have you ever been lost in the desert or even in a labyrinth?  Unable to find your way out?  And as the days pass by you get tired and hungry and say if only I had some help.


That is where you turn to your affirmations and mentors,  they will give you a new mindset to get you back on track.

  1. Great post Sandy. My mentor told me she has her affirmations on her phone scheduled twice a day – morning and night so I have followed her example and it’s a great feeling repeating the words until you know it of by heart and truly believe it. Thanks for sharing 🙂

  3. Love reading other people’s affirmations, Sandy! I have mine take half from Bob Proctor, and gradually accumulated over time. And also the idea that you can add or change them as you want. They do not need to be fixed.
