Is there a delicate balance between wanting and allowing?

 

We all have thoughts of wanting something.  I bet you could come up with many things that you really want to have.  Yet your thoughts can deceive you, your thoughts are not necessarily on your side.  There’s this expectation or believe that comes into play when you truly want something.

 

 

When you truly want something you picture it in your mind.  We get a clear vision of what it actually is.  Do you need a fresh perspective on goal setting?

 

 

Say you want a new pair of shoes.  Well, you don’t just go looking for any kind of shoe. You go looking for that particular height of the heel. The particular toe,  particular color until you find it.

 

 

That is what is putting a thought into your brain of what you really want.

 

 

 

But having a thought and having a clear vision can also be different!

 

You have to be truly excited about something and have this clear vision of where to go and what to get!

Truly when you get a vision in your mind of what you want, how excited do you get?   Do you  jump up a down and really go after it? Search it out  over and over till you know all the different ways you can really get it?

 

How is your emotion coming?

How is that vision coming?

Will you get excited tomorrow?

Will  you talk about it every minute you can?

Will you see it around every corner?

Now how do you feel?

 

Nothing should stop your feelings that it can happen. 

 

But, are you actually allowing yourself to own it?  No?  

 

That is when you need to change your emotion about what you find, take it, and allow yourself to have it.   That explains the difference than just wanting it.

 

Allowing it is expecting it and believing it will happen.  Allowing it is letting it be, letting it come for you and be how you want it..  Thinking that you already do.

If there is just even the hint of doubt that I can’t have what I want, then that true belief is not there.    Your subconscious will overrule and break it down.

 

 

And order to have a goal that you really want to come true, you have to allow it and want it in such a strong way that you envision it and then turn it into a strong belief!  No hint of doubt what-so-ever!

 

 

You might not know how your going to get it! 

 

You might not know where it is coming from! 

 

Your mind will find the way for you to see it today, tomorrow, next week, next year, not exactly when, but you can’t let that stop you.  You just have to keep believing.

 

 

 See the things that you want as already yours. Know that they will come to you at need. Then let them come. Don’t fret and worry about them. Don’t think about your lack of them. Think of them as yours, as belonging to you, as already in your possession.

Some of the things that can put you in disbelief are other people.  You have this excitement about doing something and all of a sudden someone else comes along and says: “you can’t have that,” or says: “you are day-dreaming,” or else they just blow you away.    Has that ever happened to you?   Sure did for me!

 

You need to have your belief strong enough that you can make it happen! 

You are allowing it! 

You are Seeing it! 

No one else can take that away from you! 

No in else can predict what you yourself are going to do!

 

 

You need to be aware of who controls your mind, you need to be aware of who controls your thoughts and your visions and your actions.  Your focus needs to be strong!

Now going back to the shoes,  are you really going to get them?   That’s something that you really really really want and nothing is going to stop you while you have control over getting it.  You make the decision to own them.

 

Now how does this turn into a business?

 

How does it turn to your goals and what not to do?

 

Well if you’re in a business that is truly yours’ and yours’ alone, you have control of what you want!  When you want it, so then your goals should be set the same way.   

 

You should focus on something that you really want to have and go after it so deeply that no one out there can stop you.    It’s your business,  It’s your life, there is no one to put you down,  no one there to tell you no, so why would you fail?   Get out of your own way, you can’t blame anybody else.

 

Create your clear balance between what you want and what you allow and truly belief and go after what you really want!

  1. Well said Sandy!! There really is a difference between wanting (or wishing) and allowing. Unfortunately most people go through life just wishing away their time without understanding that they are not allowing their wishes to manifest.
