Transformation is more than skin deep. More than getting into shape, more than changing your hairstyle or your makeup.

Transformation truly comes from the inside and glows on the outside.

Change comes from within!!! Are you ready?

Where do you see your transformation coming from?   We are all unique and wonderful. We need to show the world who we truly are and share the passions and joys that we possess.

Are people changing their self-image, or perceptions about themselves and their limitations.

Here are some answers that I found on true transformation.

William Stillman , Health Education, answered

In my opinion and in my experience, the key to true transformation is when you’ve arrived at a point in your life in which you are willing and prepared for a self-examination that will illuminate every corner of your personhood with the truth. This will require you to confront, reconcile and absolve yourself of your way of being in the world and your mode of conduct in honoring the space that you occupy. Assess carefully and with clarity your past bad acts as well as that which you have contributed of value. Focus on a deliberate advancement in which you will demonstrate grace, charity, and humility in all you do and say, in every interaction; because everything matters. As a byproduct of your true transformation, you may inspire a ripple effect in others by rendering good and great service. Time is of the essence—never underestimate your potential to forever alter the course of someone’s life as a result of your new understanding and compassion.

First comes thought; then organization of that thought, into ideas and plans; then transformation of those plans into reality. The beginning, as you will observe, is in your imagination. Napoleon Hill

Do we stick to our transformation?

Unfortunately, as we get older, some people will take a good look at their lives and realize that not everything went according to plan. Life got in the way. Somewhere between each shift yet necessary task, we got turned around on our intended path in life.

Some others forgot who they are without realizing it!

A person’s attitude and perception of himself, however, usually plays a part in how we see our transformation. Because of this, changes in attitude are often very helpful for transforming their lives and getting back on track.

True transformation is changing yourself and your atmosphere by bringing about necessary adjustments. Instead of changing how they act or look  Finding who you are inside and building on the passions that you love.    Your true self!

A great example of a Transformational Leader is Former President Roosevelt.

We need to realize that our path to transformation is through our mistakes. We’re meant to make mistakes, recognize them, and move on to become unlimited. Yehuda Berg

People looking for transformation will follow a person who inspired them, a person with a vision that they can relate to.  A person that injects enthusiasm and energy.

We look for transformational leaders!

A transformational leaders puts passion and energy into everything.  They care about you and want you to succeed.  Transformational leadership starts with the development of a vision, a view of the future that will excite and convert potential follower.  They constantly sell the vision.

Others will immediately buy into a radical vision, and some will join the show much more slowly than others.  Leaders takes every opportunity and will use whatever works to see that others succeed.

They are selling themselves as well as their vision.   Transformational leaders are people-oriented and believe that success comes first and last through deep and sustained commitment.

Are you one that wants to see transformation in your life?

  1. Love this post Sandy!

I love how you say that we all “have big plans and dreams for what we want, but do we see what transformation we really need?”

Sometimes it’s difficult for us to actually see what will be required of us in order to truly transform.

My favorite quote you referenced in today’s post is form Rick Warren, “Transformation is a process, and as life happens there are tons of ups and downs. It’s a journey of discovery – there are moments on mountaintops and moments in deep valleys of despair.”

    Great share!

  2. I laugh Sandy at the cosmetic transformations as to me they are so superficial. You do look better when you transform from the inside. I love your video and wow so much information here. Thank you.
