Are you mindful and focused on what you are doing in the Moment?

There is no past and no future, learn to live in the moment.  Your mind will wander if you are not focused on what you are doing and at the end of the day when you think about what you accomplished,  you will say “what the Heck did I do?”

Listen up and try this exercise.

What have you done in the Moment?

Have you set your intentions in the morning,  and finished them by the end of the day??

I want to challenge you to do the things I pointed out in the video and be mindful of the things around you.

….Did your mind wander and get off track?

…Did your emotions lead you?

The more aware you are of your surrounding and your feelings, the more in tune you are and the more you will accomplish.

It took me a long time to start making my intentions in the morning,  Yes I thought “I know what I need to do, why should I write them down and focus on them”?  Well  I will tell you now, was I wrong!!   The whole world started changing, and becoming clearer when I started.

I became more aware of who I was, where I was and how I was creating my life.

I became more aware of my subconscious mind and things around me came  alive.  Now I can feel it in others, I can see things in a different light.

Do you need more help with your mindfulness?   I would love to share with you the tricks I have learned, and the things that helped me!

If you have what it takes to find this, then you have what it takes to be an Entrepreneur!   Now is your change,  get started today.  Let your mind become alive and see the world for what it was meant to be.

  1. A great tip on how to stay focused Sandy. It’s just so darn easy to get distracted these days and if you can’t jump back into what you were doing you can lose the whole day before you realize.

  2. It’s interesting that you mention writing intentions in the morning even if you already know what it is that you’re wanting to focus on. I know for me personally, I put off doing this for the longest time. I knew what I wanted, I just didn’t have it all written down. And BOY oh BOY!!!! The POWER of writing it all down, and visiting an intention sheet is INVIGORATING to say the least. And that’s how we make things manifest in our life … by bringing them to life in the here and now, by visualizing a future event in the moment!

    Great post Sandy!!!

  3. It’s so important to set our intentions every day — not a to-do list, not goals. Intentions are more about the mindset to make you productive. Thank you so much for sharing Sandy. 🙂

  4. Sandy,

Spot on about being mindful. Setting the intentions from the beginning of the day is the best way to set yourself up for success. And realizing your emotions as well as the emotions of others…is a powerful way to truly being your best self.
