Are you mindful and focused on what you are doing in the Moment?
There is no past and no future, learn to live in the moment. Your mind will wander if you are not focused on what you are doing and at the end of the day when you think about what you accomplished, you will say “what the Heck did I do?”
Listen up and try this exercise.
What have you done in the Moment?
Have you set your intentions in the morning, and finished them by the end of the day??
I want to challenge you to do the things I pointed out in the video and be mindful of the things around you.
….Did your mind wander and get off track?
…Did your emotions lead you?
The more aware you are of your surrounding and your feelings, the more in tune you are and the more you will accomplish.
It took me a long time to start making my intentions in the morning, Yes I thought “I know what I need to do, why should I write them down and focus on them”? Well I will tell you now, was I wrong!! The whole world started changing, and becoming clearer when I started.
I became more aware of who I was, where I was and how I was creating my life.
I became more aware of my subconscious mind and things around me came alive. Now I can feel it in others, I can see things in a different light.
